Gary Drew is a business leader with more than three decades of experience driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative building technology solutions across the Northeast. As East Region New Install Sales Leader for Automated Logic, a Carrier company, he leads sales strategy and market expansion efforts across New York, New Jersey, and New England, helping customers create smarter, safer, and more energy-efficient facilities.

Throughout his career, Gary has held leadership positions spanning sales, operations, and general management, leading multimillion-dollar businesses and developing teams focused on customer success and long-term partnerships. His work has supported some of the region's most significant healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

Known for his customer-first mindset, direct communication style, and commitment to developing people, Gary believes strong relationships and teamwork are the foundation of lasting business success. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and helping organizations achieve their strategic goals.

A native of Western New York, Gary proudly served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps before beginning his career in the building technologies industry. He is currently pursuing his degree at Southern New Hampshire University, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning. Gary resides in Ballston Lake, New York, with his wife, Stephanie, and their six children.
