This workshop is presented by Ann Vegdhal, an Extension Associate/ Process Authority at the Cornell Food Venture Center @NYC, and by the Cornell’s Center for Materials Research. Ann is an expert in Food safety, microbial risk assessment, acidified foods and low acids foods.
This workshop is for food or beverage manufacturers and industrial businesses that are operating within the five boroughs of NYC.
