Annual HOUSING EXPO

Homebuyers will be able to meet with housing experts, ask professionals, talk to HUD certified housing counselors and learn about resources and information from various assistance for first time home buyers and how you can qualify including up to $40,000 in both HPD and HOME grants. For rental assistance participants will have the opportunity to  talk about Housing Connect, financial preparedness, and offer assistance with housing legal services.

The event is open to the public and will be joined by our partner banks, real estate professionals, community based organizations, and municipalities to join us. 

The Housing Expo is supported by Council Member Francisco Moya, Senator Jessica Ramos, Assembly Member Jeffrion Aubry, Assembly Member Catalina Cruz,  New York State Mortgage Agency (SONYMA), NYS Housing Trust Fund, HPD, and the New York City Department of Finance.  In addition, the financial institutions  Wells Fargo, Citibank, Bank of America, Santander Bank, Quontic Bank, Nationwide, Valley National,  HSBC and M & T Bank, among others.
