A. Office assistant, indoor position mostly in the office, to organize our dragon boat festival, one of the largest summer multicultural, sporting and community events in NYC. All landside logistics including but not limited to VIP invitation and reception; festival layout; set up and taken down; outreach and sign up food vendors, art/crafts persons and stage performers; PR and marketing; prepare and manage a press event as well as a gala dinner and etc.

B. Waterside assistant, outdoor position at the boatshouse, to organize our dragon boat festival, one of the largest summer multicultural, sporting and community events in NYC. All waterside logistics including but not limited to boat transportation; boats and equipment repair and cleaning; prepare and manage weekly weekend team practices; set up lanes for time trial and championship racing; manage volunteers during the festival racing and etc.
