Requirements:
- 1 year experience in the construction industry – a plus.
- Possess exceptional reading and writing skills in English, great communication and people skill with a great personality to interact with others.
- Previous knowledge of preparing proposals for commercial industry bids (Electrical and Telecommunication) - a plus.
- Experience working with floor plans, cads, Visio - a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Business Development and Sales with administrative tasks and sales tasks.
- Printing & scanning floorplans, organizing sales paperwork.
- Reviewing and preparing proposals and meeting deadlines set by our customers or potential clients.
- Manage proposals and track job costing using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain database of current customer’s contacts using SharePoint.
- Duties will include answering/dispatching phone calls, filing and data entry.
- Assist in the daily operations of our offices.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
