Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in the construction industry – a plus.
  • Possess exceptional reading and writing skills in English, great communication and people skill with a great personality to interact with others.
  • Previous knowledge of preparing proposals for commercial industry bids (Electrical and Telecommunication) - a plus.
  • Experience working with floor plans, cads, Visio - a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Business Development and Sales with administrative tasks and sales tasks.
  • Printing & scanning floorplans, organizing sales paperwork.
  • Reviewing and preparing proposals and meeting deadlines set by our customers or potential clients.
  • Manage proposals and track job costing using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain database of current customer’s contacts using SharePoint.
  • Duties will include answering/dispatching phone calls, filing and data entry.
  • Assist in the daily operations of our offices.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
