Essential Functions:

  • Procure and complete sales for the Company
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Send emails and keep in constant contact with customers or potential leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Attend Trade shows, and networking events
  • Create list of existing, new, and potential clients
  • Join associations representing the company

 

 

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Must be able to drive.  Must be able to operate and use all necessary equipment.

 

Work Location:

Employee will be working remotely.  Employee is expected to travel to customer locations to effectuate sales and attend business and other networking events to drive sales growth.

 

 

Work Hours/Schedule:

Full time with specific hours as determined by management. Employee must have flexibility after business hours to attend networking events on behalf of the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

 

Required Education and Competencies:

  • Associates’ degree in Business or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong time management skills
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
